Bemz is a Swedish company specialising in custom-made covers for popular furniture, founded in Stockholm in 2003. The proposition is unusual in the UK affiliate market: rather than selling new sofas, Bemz makes replacement covers for existing IKEA sofas, IKEA armchairs and a growing list of other brands, in fabrics ranging from heavy linens to performance-grade outdoor textiles.

The catalogue exceeds 48,000 listings, dominated by sofa and armchair covers in the Designers Guild, Sandberg, House Of Hackney and Pierre Frey textile collections, alongside Bemz's own-design range. The covers fit Söderhamn, Karlstad, Ektorp, Klippan, Stocksund and the rest of the recognisable IKEA names - fitting an old £400 sofa with a new £350 cover transforms it visually without the wait or footprint disruption of a new sofa.
