4: Which retailers are on LoveHomeStyle?
We ONLY partner with the best UK stores – from well-known retailers like Oak Furniture Superstore, Very.co.uk and The Range, to the latest new stores such as Cuckooland.
We love helping you discover unique products for your home, and we are incredibly proud of our partnerships.
As part of our mission to help you find the perfect items for your dream home, we are constantly adding more retail partners – please contact us if you’d like us to add your store or products.
5: Do you sell products directly?
We do not produce, sell or distribute any products ourselves.
As soon as you find a product you love, click to buy and we will direct you to the retailer’s website so you can easily and securely finalise your purchase.
We frequently update our retail partners’ products, prices, information and stock levels to give you the best possible experience – and help you find the perfect item and the best prices. We want your experience with us to be as effortless as possible – and crucially help you save money!
6: How do I buy an item?
When you find an item you want on LoveHomeStyle, you will buy directly from the retailer. Clicking “Buy this item” will take you directly to the product page on the retailer’s website, where you can finish your purchase quickly and securely.
The retailer will process your payment, deliver your items, and take care of your customer service needs.
7: I have a query about my order!
We link you to the product offered by the retailer so that you can finalise your purchase on their website. The retailer will then take care of the transaction, delivery, returns and any customer service need you have.
For any questions about your order, we strongly suggest contacting the retailer you purchased from directly.
If you can’t remember which retailer you ordered from, here are some tips that might help:
- Look in your email’s spam/trash folder for your e-receipt
- Look at your bank or credit card statement to see if the retailer’s name is there
8: I have a question in regard to returns/exchanges!
We apologise that it did not work out as intended! As LoveHomeStyle does not manufacture, sell or deliver any products directly, you will need to contact the retailer you bought your item from. You can see more details on our Returns Page.
9: How do I search for specific products?
To narrow down your search, select a category from the main menu and then use the filters on the left. By filtering products by colour, dimension, material, price, and retailer, you can find exactly what you’re looking for. The more specific you are, the better we can tailor the results to your needs.
Alternatively, if you know what your product is called, simply use the search box at the top of the page!

We do not store your personal details or information – including delivery orders or addresses. Any information you give will be stored only by the retailer. Please visit the website you purchased the order from for more details and to access your customer account from there.

By recycling your household batteries, you can help reduce the 20 to 30,000 tons of batteries thrown away in the UK every year. You can find your local portable waste battery recycling facility at www.recyclenow.com – alternatively, many supermarkets and stores that sell batteries have recycling bins for used batteries, and some town halls, libraries, or schools may also designate collection points.
