Anta

Anta is a Highlands-based Scottish design house, founded in 1984 by Lachlan and Annie Stewart and operating from Fearn in Easter Ross. The brand is best known for its woven tweeds, hand-printed ceramics and Scottish-tartan-inflected textiles, all designed and produced in Scotland with a recognisable palette of muted heather, blues, greys and warm earth tones.

The catalogue runs across three connected lines. Ceramics (vases, bowls, mugs, jugs) carry the Anta-designed prints (Harebell, Berry Latte, Ridged) at £20 to £80 a piece. Textiles include cushions, throws, scarves and lengths of woven tweed in the £40 to £200 bracket.
