It has a deep lid and four temperature control dials for the main cooking area, with easy to control temperature. You can use it to cook various meats, fish, and vegetables. The barbecue has two wheels with a handle, so it can be easily moved into position, and comes with an easy-to-read instruction manual for assembly. There is four individual temperature dials, so you can control the temperature of each burner. The side burner has the option of either being a side table or simply lift the flap and use it as an extra burner for saucepans and griddles. There is an integrated thermometer so, you can see the temperature inside, without opening the lid and losing all the heat.
