These ovens use wood as a fuel source however you can add a gas burner to have two types of fuel! This pizza oven is fitted with a 360-degree swivel attachment that rotates the pizza while cooking! The Montelini 360 Pizzeria is crafted out of high-quality grade 304 stainless steel satin black finish which can withstand high temperatures when cooking. With its lightweight and compact design, this oven is ready to use straight out of the box! Just extend the foldaway legs, attach the gas tank and place the baking board into the oven and you’re away!
