Description
Since 1984, we have followed a tradition in Scotland for designing and manufacturing natural and sustainable cloth. Our designs are inspired by the landscape and seasons in Scotland, which provide the greatest colour palette for design. ANTA Highland Tweed is woven exclusively from British wool in Scotland.. Unlike fur and leather, wool is harvested from the animal annually, which means it is a renewable resource. Wool is also biodegradable, breathable and a natural insulator and sound proofer, allowing for air circulation and warmth.. ANTA Highland Tweed is our heaviest wool tweed made from the hardiest of wool from British sheep. The fabric is woven in Scotland and with a rub count of 75,000 it is a heavy commercial grade tweed which also retains the distinction for domestic use. It is suitable for all upholstery, curtains and fabric walling. The yarn is dyed before weaving, ensuring the vibrancy of the colour in the fabric.. Suitable for upholstery and curtains. Please note: cut fabric is non-returnable. Fabric Width 160cm. Rub count 70,000
Our review of the Brodick Highland Tweed
We know how important it is to have a nice home full of stuff that hasn’t broken the bank, and so Brodick Highland Tweed is an amazing addition to any house!
If you told your friends they would think £120.00 is a fantastic price for this! If you want to upgrade without costing the earth, then Raw Textiles is a fantastic place to find yourself in.
Also, Anta are really great, easy to buy from, and easy to contact if we have had any questions.
