Whereas most parasols have 6 to 8 ribs, the Shanghai has 16 ribs for an attractive oriental shape. Because the ribs are fibreglass, they're strong, flexible, and highly wind-resistant. For optimal durability, we've designed the canopy using heavy-duty 180g polyester in a choice of modern colours. Rated UPF30, it also delivers exceptional protection from the sun's harmful UV rays. Please note, that a parasol base is not included.
