Kalettes were developed by a Brit'sh seed house following a 15 year breeding program which was entirely natural, using selective breeding and hybridisation only, with no genetic modification. Kalettes provide an exceptional wintry harvest season, when there is a shortage of fresh vegetables, that ranges from October to March. Both outdoor and indoor sowing possible.
