Care Advice • Some materials such as wool are very fibrous and you can actually observe a piling during the first weeks of use: this is normal, as the rug "unburdens" by rejecting its excess fibres. Remove lint as much as possible by hand and definitely do not use the vacuum cleaner in brushing mode because this has the effect of pulling the fibres and tearing them out..
