Care Advice • Some materials are very fibrous (such as wool) Wool rugs pill naturally during the first few months: this is normal, because the carpet "bursts" by rejecting its excess fibres. Remove the fluff as much as possible by hand and do not use the vacuum cleaner in brushing mode, as this has the effect of pulling the fibres and tearing them off. The pilling will improve over time.
