Apply only to clean smooth flat surfaces like ceramic tiles, wood flooring or hardboard can be laid first, for a better finish. Avoid uneven surfaces like floor boards, floating floors eg. laminate, concrete, lino, carpet or radiant heated floors, note dirty surfaces will prevent the adhesive from bonding.
